WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You may receive your order within 7-10 business days. Stationery or clothing items may take longer.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
We try our very best to keep our online inventory up to date, however sometimes an item you order may be out of stock. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is anything preventing us from sending you your order.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Report all damages, defects, + discrepancies to VIV's Customer Service Team, vivhomedecor@outlook.com within 21 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not dispose of damaged items, packing materials, or outer cartons during the inspection. We will issue a shipping label to return damaged or defective products. Stationery collection orders are final + cannot be returned.
Client is responsible for all shipping + handling costs regarding the return or exchange. We are not responsible for missing or misdelivered packages. Returns are processed immediately upon receipt of returned merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your refund has been processed. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
However, in the event of buyer’s remorse, please use the contact button to reach out to us. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to the address we provide. Credit or replacement will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.
